What is
a Pokémon?
Pokémon
means pocket monster, and was all started by this geezer called Satoshi
Tarjiri, who loved collecting. Soon though, his countryside home
started to get taken over by roads and factories, so he made created a
game, so people could collect things just like he did. Satoshi called
it "Pokémon", which is now one of the most popular words today.
Then
came the Pokémon Trading Card Game, and lastly, the TV show. And
that's how Pokémon was created!
